You can return any item within 7 days of receiving your order.
Here’s what we need:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and still have all the tags attached.
Keep it in its original packaging.
Sale items, innerwear, and customized pieces are not eligible for return.
To request a return:
Just email us at contactus@eetrends.us or WhatsApp us with your order number and a quick note on why you’re returning. We’ll guide you from there!
Note: Return shipping costs are on you unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
💸 Refunds & Store Credits
Once your return reaches us and gets the green light:
We’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
If you paid online, it goes back to your original payment method.
If you chose Zelle or Bank Transfer, we’ll offer you a store credit or bank transfer.
